Bitcoin had a surprising start to the day, taking out all but one major resistance level before the current ATH at $123k! But a sharp pullback caused a LOT of ALTs to bleed and retrace big time. The happy truth to this pullback is that BTC’s new opened CME Gap is now closed, which means BTC should push back up toward $123k!
ETH is still looking extremely strong, holding well above $4k. The TBO Cloud is still strong bullish, and Volume continues to pour into ETH, which means ETH/BTC continues to perform well.
While Dominance levels shifted in favor of stablecoins on the pullback, I believe it is only a short term pullback and the market will bounce back quickly today, showing dominance shifting back in favor of TOTALE50.D and OTHERS.D.
The TBO Breakouts on these coins are still valid: LINK, ENA, LDO, AERO, and ZORA- although ZORA is looking crazy overbought (but it could still pump higher, believe it or not).
SOL, XRP, SKY, SPX6900, JUP, PUMP, and HNT are all still looking strong bullish despite yesterday’s pullback. I’m expecting a lot of these to bounce after retracing back to their respective TBO Fast Lines- or better known as a TBO Springboard Bounce.
CRO, APT, IP, and MORPHO printed some recent TBT Bearish Divergence signals which should be paid attention to. While these aren’t strong bearish signs that their tops are in, we should be cautious and watch for sudden drops.
Many charts printed TBO Close Longs either on the daily or 4h time frames yesterday due to the drop: BCH, LTC, MNT, BONK, QNT, FLOKI, CFX, WIF, and TURBO. But given how severe the pullback was, I expected many of these to bounce back to their Fast lines today.
FARTCOIN got massively oversold yesterday, so I’m buying the dip.
GRASS put in a higher low, which means it should put in a higher high next.
SOON on Kucoin is pumping- but that’s typical for low-cap “gems” there.
